1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using yeaXp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

  • yeaXp provides AI-powered depth map generation, featured case downloads and related tools through monthly subscription plans.
  • We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Plans are purchased as a one-time monthly grant: after a successful payment your subscription is active for 30 days with the included credits. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
  • If you create multiple accounts to exploit free benefits, we may suspend those accounts.

4. Credits

  • Credits are added to your balance after a successful payment and remain available while your subscription window is active. Upon expiry, unused credits from that subscription are reset.
  • Free-plan welcome credits are provided once per account at registration.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the service to generate, upload or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
  • You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service itself, or scrape the Gallery beyond intended downloads.

6. Ownership and License

  • You retain ownership of the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
  • You receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use depth maps you generate and files you legitimately download for your personal or commercial projects.
  • The software, design and branding of yeaXp remain our property.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal in USD.
  • Because credits are delivered instantly after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a technical failure prevents you from using what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will help resolve it.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
